The Space

This remarkable two-story house offers an abundance of space and luxury. Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an oversized en-suite featuring a walk-in rain shower, a freestanding bath, and a separate toilet. The master also boasts a spacious walk-in wardrobe with ample storage. The two additional bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and share a second bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The expansive open-plan living area and kitchen lead to the large balcony with an ever-changing vista of the Noosa river system in the distance. Observe boats cruising along the river and enjoy the interchange of the sand bar between high and low tide.

Downstairs – a further King bedroom with bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A media room with a 65 inch Samsung Frame TV and Sono sound bar.

The pool area is the perfect spot to bask in the Noosa sunshine capturing all day sun with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. An ideal North facing aspect and solar heating ensures you make the most of the subtropical climate.

The elevation of the property captures cooling coastal breezes; however, the property also has the added comfort of air conditioning in all bedrooms, with ceiling fans in the living areas.

Stroll to the end of the cul-de-sac and follow a stunning rainforest path to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach (approximately 550 metres). The shaded walk winds through native rainforest, surrounded by nature and wildlife, and offers a naturally cooling canopy during the summer months.

Noosa Junction is an easy 450-metre walk away. The Junction is a vibrant hub with an excellent selection of restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, along with cafés, sophisticated cocktail bars, intimate wine bars, and gin bars. The atmosphere and energy here are well worth exploring.

For everyday essentials, Noosa Junction features a well-stocked IGA, a large Coles, and several premium butcher shops, all known for their exceptional quality produce.

The Noosa Farmers Market, held on Sundays, is a short drive away and showcases fresh local produce and a variety of food stalls.

The property is also surrounded by multiple access points to the impressive Noosa National Park, ideal for scenic walks and coastal trails.

With everything so close at hand, a car is entirely optional in this prime location.

"We had an amazing stay. The house is perfectly positioned between Hasting St and Noosa Junction with a great selection of restaurants in both locations. It was close to action but far enough away to be private and quiet. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. Lots of different spaces for a family to enjoy.
